I felt safe in this cottage; it was very clean; bed slept wonderful; water pressure and temp were great; cottage looks exactly like pictures; everything worked as expected, and my communications with the property manager were easy. "We loved the cottage. It was perfect for our pet. Wide open fields to exercise in. Everything we needed to cook with! Outside or inside. Comfortable den furniture. TV’s in the bedroom. They thought of everything. Very comfortable and cozy! "

Worn and pealing interior wood floors. Mismatched furniture and wood tops on several nightstands and tables are pealing. Family room overhead light did not work. Mismatched bulbs in overhead kitchen. "The house was nice. The TV in the living room wasn’t user friendly. I emailed to the email address provided and never received a response requesting help. I emailed multiple times with other questions after we booked this house and never received a reply, very poor communication. "
