"Quite simply, this is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Our room was spotless, well equipped, spacious and comfortable. We ate in the Sky bar and restaurant on three evenings where the food and service were excellent and the view was incredible. We also had a pleasant evening in the Pitter Keller. When we did have an issue (not the fault of the hotel) this was resolved swiftly and efficiently. All the staff we met were so helpful and attentive. It would be unfair to single out any individuals. Service of the highest standard. We hope to return."

"Everything was very clean and up to date. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful in answering questions. You can't beat the closeness of the main rail station, but it does make the walking distance to the old city a bit long."
