Wonderful hotel for dog lovers.
This is a hotel where you can bring your dog. It’s specifically for dog owners and -lowers. It is perfect for this. Spacious rooms and extremely nice owners and staff.

A birders' and dog owners' paradise
The hotel is a very welcoming, extremely dog friendly place with nature pure around it (the Waddensea National Park is a UNESCO heritage site). Carriage tours far out at low tide, boat tours to small islands, hiking, biking and riding. The area is a birders' paradise with tens of thousands of migratory birds in spring and fall. BTW do try (several times!) the home-made ice cream and cakes at the hotel!

Wonderful dog-heaven
Wonderful dog-friendly hotel on the Nordstrand. Great restaurant - good value for Money. Lots of dogs around, everywhere so perhaps not recommended if you are not a dog-lover. Nice new sauna and relax area and a small shop. Room decorated in minimalist Nordic style. Very nice.

Es wurde Eis verladen, was ziemlich laut war. Zimmerreinigung gab es nur alle 3 Tage und Handtücher gab es auch nur alle 3 Tage. Auf Anfrage konnte man auch früher Handtücher beziehen. Personal hat keinerlei Konversation mit den Gästen betrieben. Aufenthalt war soweit in Ordnung. Betten waren sehr hart und nicht wirklich bequem. Beim Frühstücken am Büffet war alles vorhanden und es war reichlich gedeckt.

Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Auch für Hundehalter nur bedingt zu empfehlen. Die Auslaufwiese ist zwar schön, direkt anbei ist jedoch ein stehendes Gewässer, das auch vielleicht mit den Gräben an den Feldern verbunden ist? Jedenfalls hatten unsere Hunde von ihrem Bad Durchfall bekommen. Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich schön, nur bereits bei der Ankunft nicht wirklich sauber. Auf der Terrasse lagen noch Zigaretten von unseren Vorgängern, eine volle Gassitüte haben wir auch noch vorfinden dürfen. Der Graben vor der Terrasse roch bei uns sehr, es war auch sehr warmes Wetter. Frühstück und das Personal sind sehr nett und bemüht, auch die Servicekräfte am Nachmittag und Abend waren sehr freundlich.

Leider haben wir das gebuchte Zimmer mit Terrasse nicht erhalten. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfrage gab es auch keine Hilfe oder Unterstützung an der Rezeption. Sehr enttäuscht wohnten wir dann im 1.Og im Doppelzimmer. Das WLAN im Zimmer funktionierte auch nicht. Informationen zum Wellnessbereich sowie Gästekarten erhielten wir nicht.

Für Hundebesitzer ein absoluter Traumplatz. Es ist wirklich an alles gedacht wurden um mit seinem Hund einen entspannten Urlaub geniessen zu können. Eine sehr grosse eingezäunte Hundewiese ermöglicht es den Hund frei laufen zu lassen. Super leckeres selbstgemachtes Eis!! Tolle Zimmer! Geräumiger gut ausgestatteter saunabereich! Top!!

Man mußte sehr viel Zeit beim Abendessen mitbringen,da es sehr lange gedauert hat,eine Bestellung aufzunehmen. Essen war gut,auch hundefreundlich, Hygienekonzept wurde gut umgesetzt.

dejligt sted i marsken
Et rigtig godt sted ude i marsken med udsigt til markerne. Godt værelse, og meget rent. Venlig modtagelse og god mad i restauranten. I øvrigt tydeligvis et sted, hvor hunde og deres ejere er meget velkommen. Ikke noget problem, men måske burde man ikke tillade hunde i restauranten. Jeg -som ikke har hund-, brød mig ikke om det.

Schön waren die ruhige Lage und die hellen, recht neuen Räume. Auch das Frühstück war umfangreich und von der Qualität sehr gut - nur wurde erst auf Nachfrage nachgefüllt. Bis auf positive Ausnahmen haben wir eine "Willkommenskultur", eine freundliche Aufnahme und Verabschiedung vermisst - vielleicht ist das aber in Norddeutschland auch so. Die Zimmer waren mittelprächtig sauber (Spinnen und Spinnwegen, Staub unter dem Bett). Insgesamt war es für uns o.k., aber für das Gebotene waren die Zimmerpreise zu hoch. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt im hohen Norden werden wir uns eine andere Unterkunft suchen.
