"The room, though on the small side, was themed and really nice. Clean, noise-less, are good points. Reception staff very helpful. I assumed I'd get body lotion as in all *4 but not in this one. We did not try the breakfast as we had committments with other people but overall the stay was +*4. Not excellent as body lotion is a given in a 4 starts.....soryy, that needs improving."

We were delighted with our beautiful room featuring a stunning roof window that offered breathtaking views of the sky - it added such a special touch to our experience. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, with exceptional quality throughout. Every item was clearly made with fresh products, and the attention to detail was evident in every bite. The service during breakfast was equally outstanding, with staff who were attentive and genuinely warm. What truly set this hotel apart, however, was their service after our stay. I accidentally left my AirPods behind after checkout, and when I contacted the hotel, they immediately offered to ship them to me via DHL/UPS without hesitation. This level of care and responsiveness is rare and deeply appreciated. From the accommodations to the dining to the exceptional customer service, everything about this hotel exceeded our expectations. We will absolutely be returning on our next visit. Highly recommended!"
