The Corner House - a house that sleeps 10 guests in 4 bedrooms

You'll find The Corner House, nestled in the heart of Hopeman, a coastal village situated on the picturesque shores of the Moray Firth; an outdoor lover's paradise.

A short walk from the house, past the well-equipped play park, takes you to a choice of two gently shelving, sandy beaches, perfect for children (and grown-ups) to explore. Hours can be enjoyed pottering in the craggy rock pools or building sand castles on the soft sands.
The clear waters are perfect for paddling and are popular with wild swimming enthusiasts. The bay is host to a range of watersports including paddle boarding, kayaking, surfing and sailing. For those with boats, the harbour offers safe sailing anchorage.

Wildlife in the area is abundant, Bottlenose dolphins and seals are regularly spotted even Minke whales and Orca have been seen enjoying the waters. This is also a great area for bird watchers to take in the huge skies and observe coastal birds in their natural habitat.
Comfortably accommodating 10 people, the house itself is ideal for two families, one extended family, or a group of friends to get together. With spacious rooms including a large kitchen diner with ample seating, a cosy sitting room with its wood burning stove for those chillier evenings, and the Pool Room to chill out in, this house is the perfect place for all ages to enjoy a wonderful holiday together.

The Moray Coastal Trail passes through Hopeman, so you can enjoy walks and cycling from the doorstep with many other varied routes close by. There are mountain bike trails and horse riding also on offer in the area.

For those wishing to explore the surrounding areas, there are some delightful fishing villages along the Moray Coast; not to be missed is the lovely bay and village at Findhorn. The local towns at Elgin and Forres provide excellent local shopping facilities, together with high quality restaurants.
Scotland's history is ever present. There are too many castles to mention but all are well worth a visit, plus there is the Culloden Battlefield Site with its Visitor Centre. Locally there are many historical sites to explore.

Perfectly positioned for the Famous Malt Whisky Trail, there are numerous opportunities for visiting the different distilleries and sampling the world-renowned whiskies of Moray /Speyside.

The capital of the Highlands, Inverness, is within an easy hour's drive and with its many sights, it makes a great day trip destination.

A 45-minute drive to the south provides an opportunity to venture into the Cairngorm Mountains to experience all they have to offer. Another short drive also lands you in the wonderful Spey Valley, fantastic for walks and fishing.

Scotland is well known for its golf courses and you'll find them here in abundance. If you choose to, you can play a different course everyday over your week's holiday. The Hopeman course offers challenging holes with excellent sea views sure to help you relax and unwind. The courses at Lossiemouth, Elgin and Forres are also close
