"This was a great place! Top of the line appliances, linens, flatware and furnishings. Very clean and new. The listing noted 32 stairs and no elevator. This was no problem for us but might be for an elderly guest. The listing was for a pet friendly place but I missed the pet fee part but it was worked out. I have never stayed in an apartment in an older building downtown over a store, it was a great experience for us. The owners put in a lot of work to make this a truly unique place to stay !"

"It was perfect for myself, my husband, grandson & granddaughter. We were to go to a friend's daughter's wedding but found out after I booked the reservation that kids were not allowed. "This was a beautiful property. The stairs made for a taxing loading and unloading of suitcases and such. However, the listing did mention this aspect of the property. The loft itself offered comfort, looks and amenities that were appreciated. The one exception would be the lack of privacy in the bathroom. Given that adjoining buildings are right in sight the utilization of frosted glass or such would provide appropriate privacy."

"I had an extended stay in this lovely apartment while waiting for my home to be finished. The host was accommodating to my every need, and the apartment was warm and welcoming. I'm very fussy about my sleeping comfort and the mattress turned out to be very much to my liking! I was introduced to convection oven cooking and found it was great. "Pretty Fawn Place is a lovely cabin with an amazing view over Lake Chatuge and Brasstown Bald in Hiawassee. We had a wonderful family Thanksgiving in this nicely appointed cabin.
