Even in the new ‘Covid’ world the levels of attention were excellent without compromising clients health and safety. Alex was brilliant, thoughtful and attentive with ourselves and our children and happy to recommend things to do and see. "We were two kids and two adults. This is more of a 3 star than a 4 star. The bad: ********** - No lift, so if you stay on the 1st or 2nd floor, you will have to carry your luggage yourself. - No airco in the reception / breakfast area. - Check out at 10, even though it states noon in hotels.com The good: *********** - The pool. Bigger than usual and very beautiful. - Friendly staff. - Large room and very clean. "

"Floors and surfaces were really dirty, the fact that we couldn’t check in at gone 3pm when they said they were still cleaning. Absolute joke,No cleaning of floors or surfaces took place, Flues everywhere inside. We did not stay here. "
