Loved everything about Eka. I reside here twice a year for a week or so. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Eldoret

Everyone was very helpful and accommodating! This is probably the nicest hotel in all of Kenya! We enjoyed our stay and Thomas also helped us get our luggage and a ride planned.
So glad I booked this hotel. Quite modern very clean rooms. The staff were fantastic and the food had so much choice . Also the location was just perfect with shopping mall next door lots to see and do
Simply wonderful. The place, the food, the room… all is wonderful. Being at Rupa’s mall slowed us to be much more independent than previous visits when we needed to rely on the hosts we were visiting to get anywhere or do anything. It was wonderful. We have found our new home whenever we visit Eldoret!
A beautiful hotel surrounded by a shopping mall that has several restaurants and a cinema. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is very clean and has all the modern amenities. I highly recommend it.
Overall the hotel was excellent. However on 8th floor there should be a notice not to play music loud when using swimming area. If you wish to listen, use earphones/Headphones. Spoilt our relaxation one afternoon when loud music was played by another guest.
Also breakfast is too expensive. After day2 we were eating at nearby Java House for meals breakfast, lunch and dinner!
nice motel just had a bad experience of poor servi
I loved the motel and the restaurant. Christabel in the restaurant went the extra mile and was fabulous. However, The gal at the front desk, I think her name was Faith, was very rude and disappointing. I left the motel with a bad taste in my mouth due to the way she treated me. I mentioned to her that I did not appreciate her behavior. Not sure I would stay there again if I got that kind of treatment.
