"The cabin itself was nice, spacious and clean and for the most part well equipped. Didn’t see the restaurant or shop open at any point. Reception not manned and always had to phone if needed assistance. Limited welcome/explanation of site or how things work on arrival. Pool area a bit run down and sun loungers all cracked/broken but overall was ok for what we needed."

"This is a resort complex and made up of bungalow type units and camping pitches for caravans and motor homes. It is well laid out and pretty and the facilities include a modern gym, indoor pool and spa and a nice outdoor pool area. The bungalow we stayed in was compact but well equipped with a decent shower and a comfy bed. "We were a party of 10 with 2 families. The property is spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty room for all of us. The location is great for exploring, and really peaceful. We were slightly worried by reviews about the air con but found the whole house stayed cool with just one air con in the back kitchen and the shutters closed during the day and we just used bedroom air con in evenings for sleeping. "This is simply an outstanding hotel. Beautifully maintained. Excellent rooms and great staff. Only negative comment is the bed comfort was not great - I had to use the spare duvet to provide a more comfortable experience to sleep on. "

"Wonderful stay in a great area! If you bring a car, you park in the garage right before the hotel entrance (it’s a one lane garage entrance that is used for both In & Out. You push the button to talk to the hotel & let you in to open the garage and then head to elevator to go up to ground level check in and let them know you have parked there. The hotel is conveniently located near the center of stores and restaurants (walking distance) and a 24hr mini market very close. The castle Santa Barbara is walking distance and a must see! You take an elevator to the top of the castle and once you get to the top you have amazing views and lots to see. There is also a small coffee/drink kiosk at the top but there is uneven terrain and it is a lot of uphill and in my opinion can be challenging with a stroller or if you have a hard time walking, but you can see a lot just from where the elevator takes you. All these wonderful things near the hotel are a bonus to a great hotel. The staff was very helpful and the hotel also has 2 washers and 1 dryer for guest use for 1€ to wash and about the same to dry. You must bring your own laundry soap. Don’t think twice! Book this place!"
