"The location is an easy 12 minutes from Castle Neuschwanstein. The rooms were large, clean, and had a great comfortable feel. There was a light breakfast available. The self-check in was very easy. There's not much in the immediate vicinity but plenty of shopping and food options just a short drive away. "

"Our first visit to Austria and we fell in love with it. The stunning scenery in any weather was breathtaking at every angle. The facilities were faultless and staff were very welcoming and friendly without exception. The food was more like 5 star especially the dessert by Chloe who clearly was well trained in Paris which were heavenly.Kristina welcomed us with a personal and genuine explanation of the hotel and room. The views, spa and events were also faultless. It's the best hotel we have stayed in and definitely nudging 5 star in our opinion. Well done. Keep up the good work. We don't often revisit as the world is a big place but highly recommend anyone who wants some peace and quiet, good food and enjoys nature, stunning scenery and relaxation. The only thing to remember is your Google translate for the menus and signage which is in German including the spa where the tradition is to use towels only "
