She was very helpful and nice before the trip and after my husband got back I have written 3-4 emails and she has not responded to any of them. So, Petra is great but not a great communicator and that is what this industry is all about. "I can't even think of a single complaint. Such a beautiful home with every possible thing you could need. Extremely clean, and the game room downstairs is such a fun vibe. The sounds of nature in the backyard was so peaceful. We even got to see deer several times. A perfect getaway. We will definitely be coming back."
