"I had a group of 8 and needed an overnight close to the beach, restaurants, and airport. This met all three needs and had a great pool! Very few amenities were listed so I thought I'd list some of the standouts. It had an air unit in every room, towels, sheets, and a stocked kitchen. The house was very spacious and secured by perimeter fencing. The pool was great! It was clean and well maintained. Great stay and we hope to return in July with another group."

"The house was comfortable and spacious. The the beach was accessible and the pool and outside living area is great! The house’s bedrooms need repair as there were leaks in the bedrooms when it rained and mold was visible from aprevious storm. With some investment in repairs this is a great home. The caretakers were friendly and helpful. They did as much as they could to make our time enjoyable. Thank you"

"The location was great. When I arrived I felt that the rooms were kinda small and they need to change the mattress on all beds. They are like a rock. I’m sure they are able to afford to replace with comfortable mattresses. The place needs a some remodeling, but over all it’s in a quiet location. All you hear is ocean waves . Pool was great n clean. It has a lot of coconut trees in property which makes it have a lot of shade. Beach is next to the property, all you do is open the door n beach is...

"We enjoyed our stay here at this beach front property. It was clean, open, well kept, and safe. All the rooms have air conditioning. The outside leading to the beach is tranquil with the pool, hammocks, and the sound of the ocean waves. The property is maintained by caretakers who do come by a few times a day to check on the place, but overall non-intrusive. The roads leading to the property are not the best shape so be mindful of that. Overall, we enjoyed our stay here."

"We booked this last minute for our group of 15. We all stayed comfortably! I would highly recommend the cook to prepare your meals!! Also Marcelo was very nice made sure everything was well."

"Not bad of stayed, what frustrated me was the part when I was given the option top of the house or bottom which is the main reason I booked the place. 2nd floor view to the beach but due to needing more beds chose the bottom part of the house which is needing upgrades. Bathroom #3 has a smell and water clogs up bad. Ask questions before booking. I didn't."

"The place is nice ,but it’s not safe even that the property has gate we left the door unlocked and went to walk at the beach, and after we came back I noticed my purse was on different positions that I had it I checked and I was missing money and my sister also missing money total lost around 400 hundred dollars ,that is disappointing and they charged me twice the reservation and they changed my price for different amount, that what it said on the website and changed my dates ,very disappointing...
