"The room was ok. The 2 things that stood out were the very slow check-in. Waited 15 minutes for the clerk to check in the guy before me. Mine took ten minutes and it was prepaid. Second was the meager breakfast. Juice, fruit cocktail and croissants that looked as if they’d been sat on. "

"The city was quite and peaceful during the day, but very noisy all night. It is impossible to sleep. The hotel is a bit old but clean. "

"Nice hotel located closed to a casino with free parking and breakfast while check in was cumbersome because they have in record that was one room instead of two this was solved after talking with management later one of the rooms have water loss in the bathroom and need to move to another one."

"Excellent everything, from the spotless rooms to the service, to the fantastic restaurant. We loved our stay. Such a well-run hotel deserves applause!!! We do travel internationally a lot, and I can testify that this establishment is at the best international standard.Thank you !!"

"Very noisy room on the street with a dancing place across the street with loud music till 5 am. Bathroom toilet was filthy inside in its base and lose when sitting on it, the shower faucet button spelled water all over because it was not working properly. Horrible mattress, old small TV. Heating was not enough. The restaurant was OK for lunch and breakfast, staff was nice and good parking place on premises. Would not come back for sure."

"We arrived to the hotel and were given a room that had a terrible noise on the AC. The window of the room on the 6th floor was broken. It was dirty, the water glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks as it was used before. I asked at the desk for another room, he said that that wasn’t possible, all rooms were taken. "We arrived to the hotel and were given a room that had a terrible noise on the AC. The window of the room on the 6th floor was broken. It was dirty, the water glass in the bathroom still had toothpaste marks as it was used before. I asked at the desk for another room, he said that that wasn’t possible, all rooms were taken. He then proceeded to suggest we just turn of the AC all he could do was to provide a fan. My wife and I walked out of it ASAP. I took videos of the noise the AC was making, and many pictures. I couldn’t find a way to ask Expedia for a refund. If I don’t hear from Expedia I will go VISA to recover the cost since we have been charged."
