New apartment Located at the foot of Grandvalira slopes known for being the largest ski domain in the Pyrenees. 16 km from the commercial center of Andorra la Vella and the thermal center of Caldea.
It is a modern apartment located in a very quiet natural environment and in the center of the village of El Tarter. Walking you can access tracks.
The floor is parquet, has a bedroom, a bathroom, a dining room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchenette and free high-speed WI-FI connection.
The master bedroom has reading lights, a king size bed (150x190).
The bedroom is equipped with bed linen, duvet, quadrants and closet wardrobe.
The bathroom has a bathtub and / or shower, washbasin, bidet and hair dryer. Towels and hand soap are provided.

Cet appartement est très bien situé: à 300m du télésiège et 500m de la télécabine. Il est fonctionnel, très bien équipé et très propre. En revanche, il fait maximum 40 m2 alors que l'annonce 55 m2
