"Very positive review coming. We are a couple in our 50s and 60s. Disregard the majority of the negative reviews, they put bad reviews usually of 1 bad incident. "Our Check-in was a bit stressful upon arrival because there are two complexes in the facilities and we were bumped into the alternate building. The room we were assigned was considered an upgrade facing the ocean but was quite small in size, Upon entry we immediately checked to see and found that the AC did not work and the fridge was on the blink. "Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day. Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am. Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day...

"Hotel Negresco has a wonderful staff who can't do enough to help guests - in several languages! The hotel is spotlessly clean, the food options are varied and delicious. The rooms are well appointed - and the sea views wonderful. My only complaint was the weather - four days of POURING rain - but the hotel is not responsible for that!"
