Spectacular and bright apartment inside a beautiful historic building in the center of El Puerto de Santa MarĆ­a.

It also has a comfortable parking slot in the same property, park your car and walk all over the city, pedestrians streets, churches and museums, bar and restaurants or the guadalete river promenade.

Very well located to visit the city, next to Main Market, San Marcos Castle and main Cellars like Osborne, Terry, Caballero, o Gutierrez ColosĆ­a.

The upper private terrace, is the main bonus of the house in the middle of the old town, divided into different spaces, has a large solarium with sunbeds and solar shower, in addition to a wonderful wooden pergola that shades a sofa and a dining table for 6 people, and a faboulous gas bbq ready to cook.

Perfect to enjoy the spring and summer sunsets, the views of the old Cathedral, the city skiline or the bridge of the Cadiz Bay.

The apartment faces the main street, high ceilings with old wooden beams and carefully restored. Equipped with all the comforts to enjoy an unforgettable holiday in this sailors city, two large rooms with balconies to the street, a very comfortable and bright living room. Kitchen and bathroom with shower fully equipped.

The property, Is in the second floor of an old palace house of 1891 recently restored, is around a very beautifull and green interior courtyard full of plants, it will not leave you indifferent and you will feel like part of the history of this fisherman and sailors village known as "The city of the 100 Palaces", in the heart of Cadiz Bay, in southern Andalusia.

Great location for sherry trips
The apartment is very well-equipped, clean, comfortable, has air-con if you need it, feels very secure and the roof terrace is a big plus. The welcome drinks were a nice touch and the hosts were most helpful and attentive. It is an easy drive from Sevilla and was chosen by us in part because it has good private secure parking. We had been to Cadiz province in Andalusia before but not El Puerto de Santa Maria. On this occasion we book-ended the week in the apartment with a few days in Sevilla and a few in Cordoba. The apartment is in an excellent location for El Puerto town with it's restaurants and bars, but also (from our point of view) the sherry triangle, because we did not want to drive to bodega visits. We visited the delightful bodega DĆ­ez MĆ©rito in Jerez (by train in 15 mins). We visited Sanlucar by taxi to Bodega Delgado Zuleta (try their delicious Goya XL manzanilla en rama) and ate great seafood on Bajo de Guia, which also happened to be having feria that day. In El Puerto we visited the tiny Bodega Obregon just around the corner from the apartment, a real eye-opener. Cadiz was easily reached by ferry across the bay. While staying here we also visited places we had been before (Vejer, Conil) by car. We recommend Meollo Bar-Restaurante for food, a 2 minute walk from the flat. We had a lovely time and it was great to come back to such a great flat every day.

A Great Apartment
We had a wonderful stay in this well located and well run apartment that is truly a home from hone. The terrace was a fabulous dining and relaxing space even in a 34c heatwave and strong winds. El Puerto de Santa Maria offers good connections to CƔdiz by 25 minutes ferry and train and Jerez and Seville by train

The owners are wonderful and the home was very comfortable. The perfect location for a fun filled holiday in Spain!!! We did several day trips and were happy to return to our temporary home each evening. The weather warmed up at the end of the week so we were able to enjoy the fabulous roof top terrace. A parade through town was an added bonus from the roof top. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THE APARTMENT AND WE WILL LOOK FORWARD TO RETURNING SOMEDAY!

Wonderful Apartment with Delightful Rooftop Terrace.
We are another couple (see prvious review below) who have traveled the world, and we do thorough research before choosing a place to stay because we are older (70+) and hopefully a little wiser. This apartment was the best choice, and it is a great place to stay. Tastefully furnished and decorated with attention to detail, it has everything you could want during your stay. The kitchen is also well-equipped and the preparation of delicious meals from the products of the local shops is easy. For those who like to stay connected to the internet, the WiFi will assist you in your communications and decision making as though you were at your own home. The apartment is located in the center of El Puerto and is close to bus, train, catamaran, and motorway transportation to nearby cities, such as Cadiz, Jerez de la Frontera, Sanlucar de Barrameda, and Sevilla. For those with a car, it will be protected in the underground garage, and day trips to the "white cities" of Arcos de la Frontera, and Ronda are easy. Your stay in this wonderful apartment will surely enhance your understanding and appreciation of Spain, its history, and especially its people. Speaking of people, a special thanks must go to Justo and Sonia who have provided an invaluable notebook with all the information you will need for an enjoyable stay in El Puerto. Also they are always available by phone, email or text to provide assistance if needed. With the addition of Reyes, who will meet you and introduce you to the apartment, you can be assured that each will do everything in their power to make your stay a memorable and enjoyable experience.

Beautiful apartment in centre of town (maybe a little noisy in the streets below in the early morning but on the other hand it couldn't be more central) . FantĆ”stico apartamento, perfectamente ubicado en el centro del Puerto de Santa Maria. Todo estĆ” andando, sin necesidad de utilizar el coche en ningĆŗn momento, pero en una calle no muy transitada por lo que es muy tranquilo. El apartamento esta fenomenal, no le falta detalle en la decoraciĆ³n ni en el equipamiento. Una gran terraza en la planta alta con unas vistas maravillosas sobre la ciudad y zona perfecta de descanso para mayores y niƱos. Es increĆ­ble encontrar un sitio asĆ­ en el medio de la ciudad. El patio de acceso del edificio, asĆ­ como el edificio en general es una autentica maravilla, muy bien mantenida que nada mĆ”s llegar, da una sensaciĆ³n muy agradable, antesala de lo que te encontraras en la vivienda.

La casa se veĆ­a muy bien en las fotos pero mejorĆ³ y nos impresionĆ³ al llegar. El palacete donde estĆ” ubicado es precioso, la casa estĆ” totalmente equipada para vivir todo el aƱo, en perfecto estado y muy limpio. MenciĆ³n especial a la terraza, me gustarĆ­a volver solo para poder disfrutar de sus vistas, privacidad para tomar el sol o bien cenar en plan romĆ”ntico. La ubicaciĆ³n es perfecta, estĆ” todo a dos pasos, restaurantes y bares de moda, supermercados y farmacia pero a su vez en una calle tranquila donde se puede dormir sin ningĆŗn problema. Mencionar tambiĆ©n que tanto su dueƱa Sonia, que aunque no la conocimos, sĆ­ que estuvo pendiente en todo momento via telefono o e-mail para resolver cualquiera de nuestras dudas como de Reyes que estaba esperando en la casa para enseƱarnos como funcionaba todo y donde estaban las cosas. La ciudad estĆ” muy bien y desde luego es un lugar donde me gustarĆ­a volver en primavera o verano y disfrutar su pueblo y esta casa. Volveremos seguro! Amazing apartment even better than what shows in the pictures. It has a huge terrace in the second floor of one of the lovely palace houses in the city center. The place is completely furnished, with a lovely decoration to fit with the old style of the high ceilings, very clean and with all the needs to live a whole year!. Special mention to the terrace, we want to come back just to enjoy the view, and nice and private suntan and a romantic dinner there. Excellent location close to bus, train, popular restaurants and food market. Sonia provided us with all the information to plan our week in the city, and Reyes the housekeeper also helped us with the house. We were lucky to have lovely temperatures in the first week of December, over 20ĀŗC. This gave us the opportunity to have lunch in Puerto Sherry restaurant terraces with a wonderful view of the beach and the bay of Cadiz. I highly reccommend the street with a flamenco tradition called ā€œZambombasā€, a festive celebration where the people sing Christmas Carols around a bonfire. Totally recommended to live Andalucia in a week, wonderful winery visits, castles and historic places immerse in a natural park in the coast of light.

Mi estancia en este maravilloso apartamento totalmente equipado fue simplemente excepcional. Desde el momento en que lleguĆ©, quedĆ© impresionado por su encanto y comodidad. El ambiente acogedor y relajante me hizo sentir como en casa desde el primer instante. Una de las caracterĆ­sticas mĆ”s destacadas del apartamento es, sin duda, la impresionante terraza. Es simplemente el lugar perfecto para disfrutar de una taza de cafĆ© por la maƱana mientras se admira la hermosa vista o relajarse con una copa de vino al atardecer, creando momentos inolvidables durante mi estancia. No puedo dejar de mencionar lo conveniente que fue contar con aire acondicionado en el apartamento, especialmente durante los dĆ­as calurosos. Esto hizo que mi experiencia fuese mucho mĆ”s cĆ³moda y placentera. AdemĆ”s de las excelentes instalaciones, el trato del dueƱo y la ama de llaves fue de lo mĆ”s cĆ”lido y amable. Siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad que pudiera surgir durante mi estancia, lo que hizo que me sintiera bienvenido y cuidado en todo momento. Oase im Herzen von El Puerto de Santa Maria
Wir haben uns super wohlgefĆ¼hlt in der Casa Palacio. Die Wohnung liegt mitten in der Altstadt, 50 m von der Markthalle entfernt. Man hat unmittelbar Kontakt zu Land und Leuten. Es gibt in direkter Nachbarschaft nette Bars, wo man das typisch spanische FrĆ¼hstĆ¼ck zelebrieren kann. Auf der Dachterrasse hat man einen genialen Blick Ć¼ber die DƤcher von El Puerto hinĆ¼ber zur Kathedrale, Ć¼ber die ganze Stadt hinweg. Die Alt-Stadt hat einen etwas morbiden Charme, es ist nicht alles "wie geleckt", man sieht ihr ihr Alter an, dessen sie sich nicht schƤmen muss. Da drƶhnen schon mal frĆ¼hmorgens oder in der Nacht Motorroller durch die engen Gassen, MĆ¼tter rufen ihre Kinder - Leben eben ... uns hat's nicht gestƶrt, im Gegenteil! Alles sehr authentisch. Die Wohnung selbst hat ausgeprƤgten andalusischen Charakter, man spĆ¼rt, dass hier gelebt wurde und noch immer wird. Hohe RƤume, schmale Fenster, viel ,dunkles Holz, geschmĆ¼ckt mit vielen erlesenen EinzelstĆ¼cken - Mƶbel, Bilder, Inventar. Es fehlt an nichts, die KĆ¼che ist perfekt eingerichtet, scharfe Messer, Pfannen jeglicher Art, Geschirr, Besteck, GlƤser ... Nur wer unbedingt seinen Filterkaffee braucht, sollte seine Utensilien selbst mitbringen. Alles ist sehr sauber und geordnet. Die Betreuung durch Justo, Sonia und Reyes ust vorbildlich. Justo hat gleich eine WhatsApp-Gruppe generiert und dort wurde jegliche Anfrage unmittelbar beantwortet. Sehr angenehm. Unbedingte Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Unterkunft ist einfach super, es ist alles da, was man sich nur vorstellen kann, und die Lage mitten im Zentrum der Stadt ist unĆ¼bertroffen. Nous avons passĆ© une trĆØs belle semaine avec nos enfants dans l'appartement de Justo situĆ© dans une rue calme de la jolie petite ville de El Puerto ! L'appartement est trĆØs bien Ć©quipĆ© et la terrasse est trĆØs agrĆ©able. Un marchĆ© quotidien Ć  quelques pas de l'appartement propose les produits frais de la rĆ©gion, dont des poissons et des oranges extraordinaires. El Puerto de Santa Maria est Ć  20 mn de Cadix en bateau et est un bon point de dĆ©part pour visiter la rĆ©gion dont le magnifique parc de la DoƱana et les grandes plages qui conduisent Ć  Tarifa. Excelente apartamento con preciosa terraza.
El apartamento es excepcional, amplio, luminoso, cĆ³modo y decorado con detalle. Bien equipado con todo lo necesario. La ubicaciĆ³n perfecta para moverse por la ciudad.
