Apartment in urbanization, has beautiful gardens and several communal swimming pools. Inside there are several parking spaces. Capacity for 5 persons.

The apartment is located in a privileged location, between two beaches: Playa El Ancla is located at about 600 meters and Playa Las Redes at about 900 meters. If you travel with children it is recommended to go to Playa Las Redes, as Playa El Ancla can only be reached by a long and steep staircase.



Not only can you enjoy the tranquility of the area, but you will also find a leisure area very close by. You will find several restaurants such as La Parrilla Bailey's, Burger King and link:(el-laul,El Lául), several bars, and the supermarket Supersol which is about 1000 meters away.

Vacaciones familiares en España
Nos alojamos en el complejo de apartamentos hace varios años para una boda familiar, pero en un apartamento diferente. El complejo es muy lindo y seguro. Está enfrente de una bonita cafetería y una pequeña tienda. También está cerca de varios restaurantes y tiendas de comestibles más grandes en "la carretera principal". ¡El complejo está cerca de la playa! El apartamento es muy bonito. El dormitorio principal tiene una gran ventana que se abre para tener una hermosa vista del océano y una agradable brisa. El balcón es pequeño pero tiene una buena vista del océano y también recibe una agradable brisa. Disfruté tomando mi café de la mañana en el balcón. El propietario/gerente no habla inglés y yo no hablo español, pero usando Google Translate y WhatsApp pudimos comunicarnos. Hubo 2 problemas menores: la cafetera no funcionaba y era necesario reemplazar la batería del control remoto de la puerta de estacionamiento. El dueño trajo una cafetera nueva el lunes y tuve que ir a la tienda a comprar una batería nueva para el control remoto. Tienes que pagar extra por el WiFi pero el precio es razonable. El WiFi fue fácil de configurar y funcionó bien. ¡Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena!

La casa está muy cerca de la playa, y además tiene varias instalaciones cerca, bien ubicada, la propietaria es muy agradable y muy atenta, muy buen trato, y buena limpieza

Me gusto mucho la cercania a la playa
Esta bien para la zona que es pero mejoraria mucho la limpeza y el menaje del hogar sartenes sucias ,tostadora no la pude usar de lo sucia que esta, sabanas y toallas muy viejas ,cristales de ventanas super sucios .
