"Nice location and a great hotel. The problem was the water wouldn’t get hot and the A/C didn’t work despite alerting the front desk. The breakfast and service was top notch. We ended up leaving a day early. No refund for the last day. It worked for our needs, but the two most important factors were the water and air not working correctly. "

"Being out of main season, the hotel was quiet and not all facilities such as the pool were open. Our room was comfortable and spacious and, despite not being a designated sea view room, we could see the sea from our balcony. Staff were efficient and friendly. As we were visiting friends in the area, we didn’t use the restaurant. There were pleasant areas to sit inside the hotel and in the well kept grounds. The hotel is situated across the road from the beach and close to the commercial centre. An easy walk took us to the main part of Mojacar Playa with a variety of bars and restaurants. We felt it was more suited to couples rather than families."

"We had a lovely 1- night half board stay at the Alegria palacio Mojacar. The food exceeded expectations. Staff lovely, drinks prices reasonable. We watched some Flamenco dancing in the hotel bar with a cocktail. Spa quite unique,2 saunas, a steam room and many different jets to discover in the pool €15 each for 90 minutes slot. Only downside is that nothing much else is in walking distance apart from the beach and a small supermarket. "

"Our third stay at this wonderful hotel. Next to the beach and beach walks. Very comfortable and immaculately clean. Rooms very spacious. In quite an agricultural area but near so many lovely towns and cities. Aguilas is a ten minute drive away and has lots of nice bars and restaurants plus a lovely harbour. If you want to eat in, there is a lovely restaurant and terrace overlooking the sea. The best thing actually about this hotel is the delightful staff. "

"Perfect stay in this lovely hotel. Great room with a wonderful and spacious balcony with stunning views. Room was large, clean and well equipped. Very clean room and also the surrounding areas. Hotel staff all friendly and helpful. Great location right on the beach and a nice walk along the promenade will take you to some good bars and restaurants. We only stayed B&B and breakfast was superb, it had everything you could possibly want. We would happily stay here again. "
