"Hotel is very pretty, check in was easy, room was ready early. Very close to the parks. Rooms were clean, spacious. Pool area was really lovely. I would stay again at this hotel. Only a few negatives. For a 4* hotel i would expect a kettle and somw tea and coffee, maybe a few biscuits. There was no kettle, not even a bottle of water. "It is an old 4 stars hotel... Need some renovations. Air conditioning didn't work properly, not enough soundproof, on the first night the hotel had organised a party next to the swimming pool & our room was on that side, we couldn't sleep until the music stopped at 2:30am !!! Breakfast was very complete, lots of choice, ok for the price (12€/person). Free on site big parking"

"We enjoyed our three day stay. The hotel hosted evening activities for kids which was a plus. The unlimited access to Port Aventura was also nice since you can step out of premises to eat at your hotel or in town (25 min walk) by the beach. Overall, great place and experience that I would repeat. "

"Great week long stay, there’s multiple pools and plenty of sun beds available at any time during the day. Unfortunately we had rain a few days but we were able to utilise the spa which includes a heated indoor pool with sauna and steam room. "The hotel was quite quiet during the day, it seems most people were in the parks, this meant not much choice for food or drinks in hotel during the day. But loved the connection to the parks and being able to walk just 15mins to be in Portaventura, but also option to walk to the beach in around 15minutes too. "Very clean, large and modern room but the bed was very hard and the room was noisy due to the volume of other room doors as they close and children screaming in the corridors - but this is a resort so screaming kids is probably to be expected. The staff could do more to explain the dining situation on arrival and there were far too many people there for the number of staff."

"Stayed 3 nights. Had 2 double beds pushed together so plenty of room! Great shower! Very clean room and bathroom. Rooms overlooking pool had sun on them all day. Rooms overlooking road were shady most of the day. Only criticism was our air con although working didnt throw out cold air. Plenty of sunbeds around the pool. Doors opened to pool area so towels werent on sunbeds at 6am. Still had the problem of people laying towels out and disappearing for the day. Good entertainment throughout day...

"I would definitely stay here again and wished I’d booked for longer than just an overnight stay! Really pet friendly, the reception staff were great and the cabin we stayed in was perfect for what we needed! A comfortable bed and a great shower. "Excellent position/location but house is a little tired and wasn't very clean when we arrived. Pool is pleasantly bigger than usual domestic size but needs a bit of TLC. Only the master bedroom is air conditioned; the others share a unit in the hallway which works OK- just. Overall a super holiday home. "

"This is hotel is in a rebuilt castle high above the town of Tortosa, with incredible vistas, but its a short walk to the town center. Rooms have a balcony and a comfortable bed. The staff is friendly and professional. I liked its bar and restaurant, which offers many regional food and drink specialties. I highly recommend the whole package. "

"The facility is top notch and a good spot to explore the Priorat wine Region. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. The disappointment came from the restaurant undergoing a seasonal change of menu during our stay. The already limited choices were reduced further due to the availability of certain ingredients. Despite the many accolades and premature praises for the chef we found the dishes uninspired except for the lobster salad. All dishes arrived at our table lukewarm and the paella was borderline edible because of its high salt content. All in all dining was not an experience worthy of such a great hotel."

"Beautiful property as shown in pictures. JORDI was super easy to connect with. Neither the pool nor hot tub is heated, which probably isn’t an issue when the weather co-operates but made it unusable for us. Quiet neighborhood, you definitely need a car but it is very central for exploring the area. The beaches around this area are beautiful. I would recommend this property to anyone."
