Nice
We enjoyed our stay. The area was nice and quiet. The home was very clean, fresh, open and spacious. Very comfortable stay. We loved that the area was close to stores. We will stay here again on our next visit.

The location was safe and quiet. The furnace heating was good. The unit itself had very minimal amenities. The bed had one thin fitted sheet but no top sheet. Kitchen supplies did not include dish cloths or towels. There was minimal dish soap. There was no mat inside the front door to wipe shoes when entering. No extra toilet paper or shampoo in the main bathroom. Lighting in kitchen and bedrooms had a bulbs missing making the rooms dark. Overall it was not a comfortable and inviting place to relax.

Problematic Health and Negligent rental
When we arrived at check-in at 4pm the home was not cleaned and there were dirty baby clothes on the washer. We had to wait 3 hours for someone to show up to clean the home. Then they asked us to wait 1 more hour for them to clean. 24 hours after check-in we learned the washer, refrigerator, and freezer did not work (which we were not informed about) so all our food spoiled. The refrigerator also has a significant leak inside and there is a hole in the wall. We contacted the host about the refrigerator and the washer. The host then asked us, the guests to stay at the house and wait for the repair man to show up between 7 am - 6 pm. We were here for family emergency purposes and felt it was inappropriate for the host to ask us to wait for the repair man when the issue was his own appliances. 24 hours later the host brought a replacements refrigerator that he claimed was new. When we opened the refrigerator it was dirty and had sticky food particles on all of the refrigerator shelves. We asked the host for more than one toilet paper, kitchen napkins, and clean bedsheets. Which he stated "not on listing" and refused to offer any additional basic house, bathroom, and kitchen supplies to us other than one toilet paper, dirty bedsheets, and one napkin roll. Throughout our stay the host treated us like our concerns did not matter and no apology or compensation was offered for any of the inconveniences.
