The space
The house is part of a Triplex. Part of the house is sectioned off with an outside entrance to a long term tenant who is very quiet. You likely won't hear her, just be aware there is one shared wall.
The 3 bedrooms are upstairs. One full bathroom upstairs, one full bathroom downstairs. There are two staircases. One that leads to the living room, and one that winds down towards the kitchen.
Guest access
You have access to the entire house and front porch exclusively. The area in the back is available, but not set up yet. It is shared with the two (or one) long term tenants in the back building.
Other things to note
Please be careful on the stairs, and watch your head coming down the main staircase if you are taller than 5'10"- people used to be a little shorter in 1910 when this house was built!
1 block away is the Brown Street Market, a very hip and historic neighborhood market that sells teas, sandwiches, groceries, cold beverages and beer, etc.
