Fantastic location, minimal accommodations
Five stars overall. This was my first rodeo. Seven 70 year old guests spending eight nights, checking out El Paso and NM hiking, wine, and beer. And the Mexican food, and TACOs. A fantastic time was had by all. Now, onto the criticisms, hopefully taken constructively.
The spa cannot be isolated, and thus is useless. (We were warned.)
Funky plumbing in laundry room shower required the host to tell us how to turn it off. Written instructions would have been better.
The washing machine has totally worn-off, mission-critical buttons. Written instructions would have mitigated the problems.
+Kitchen is well equipped wrt pots and pans. Great coffee maker. Great dish washer.
Zero glasses suitable for wine. Five coffee mugs. For up to 16 guests? Really?
Not enough silverware.
Dining table only accommodates six.
The house needs more chairs. Folding chairs would have been fine.
Every room needs a trash can, a mirror, and some cloths hangers.
Not enough toilet paper to accommodate seven guests for eight nights.
WiFi was flaky. Power cycling remedied the problems.
Rain pours off the roof's valley onto where you need to key-in. A rain gutter is needed. (Not an El Paso concept...)
Again, five stars from the harsh Silicon Valley judge.
