Parents' 70th Wedding Anniversary
Very nice property. We were in town to celebrate my parents' 70th Wedding Anniversary and after a long drive from Dallas, we needed a place to relax between family events. Right off the bat, the place was very clean and the host very responsive. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, utensils and dishes. The kitchen door is equipped with a doggie door that leads to the backyard. The bedrooms had comfortable beds and TVs. The loft upstairs was a hit with the grandkids. It was set up with two sets of bunk beds; each with a single size bed over a full size bed. Great sizes but very hard and uncomfortable, although can be easily remedied by placing a board underneath the mattresses. The room also had a TV, games, a large, floor pillow and lots of space for the kids to spread out. We all enjoyed the foosball table and the swimming pool. Although the location was much further away from central El Paso than I prefer, the area was nice. It was a quiet neighborhood, easy to walk our furbaby in, and a Walmart and several eating locations were close by. A few minor complaints: the TV remote control to the livingroom was broken. We ended up watching the Olympics in the master bedroom and the patio, which also has a TV, but got too hot after a while. The locks on the kitchen door wouldn't lock and then locked out my daughter one time. But I would recommend this location to everyone and we would definitely come back.
