"The property was overall nice but there is very limited view of the ocean as most of the property is blocked in front by new buildings. The website shows older pictures that do not show the new buildings blocking the view and there is continued new construction creating a mess to walk through from the Ka’ana gate to the beach. This wouldn’t have been so disappointing if they were honest in their advertisement and description of the property and rooms. I paid a premium price for a master suite...

"It is small and very good staff. The only thing is that is there is a lot of party noise from The Paredon. "

"We got the room with no A/C in it, just a big fan, and no private bathroom either. Which we didn't mind, as we just needed a place to sleep in. Safe parking for our car, the pool and the public bathroom were clean. It's 3 blocks away from Cocori, a Super 24 convenient store 2 blocks away. We left the car in the hotel and walked everywhere we needed. We didn't get to meet the owner, just the lady that cleans the place. She showed us to our cabin where we found a clean room, two set of towels....

"Big traveler.. Never in my life have I seen guests and employees form such a high level of community, comfort, teamwork and thoughtfulness as I did during my stay at swell this past weekend. "Overall I had a good time at Cocori. The staff is really friendly and the people around were nice. But don’t expect to much, I had stains on my bed sheet, there have been mice in the dorm, the showers are cold, the Wi-Fi is not really working, the surflessons are kinda overpriced, the curtain of my bed kept falling off and construction work started at 8am"
