"Good modern, friendly and helpful staff. I hope they renovate the older side of the hotel to get it matching the new side! The dining was good, would be helpful to label the food ingredients and show if it’s suitable for vegetarians etc.. but staff in dining were helpful to explain options. "

"Great find and excellent value - great location for old town and strip. Hotel if definitely orientated towards Spanish holiday makers but that didn’t bother me as did not use bar and went room only. Staff were all pleasant and room was large, great bed and lovely pool view balcony - couldn’t really find fault with my stay . Would recommend and I’d stay again!!"

"A sea view is a must ! If you book Absolutey beautiful . We asked for cups and an iron and they were delivered . Superb location. Minutes away from the Old Town . Room was small but very very clean with great shower Totally will be back again Loved it "

"We really enjoyed our stay at Melia Benidorm – It’s got a great feel to it with a lovely pool area, just a couple of minor issues. Housekeeping could have been a bit better, as used cups and glasses in the room weren’t washed or replaced regularly, and toilet rolls weren’t replenished until there was about 5 sheets left!. "Good location within easy access to the beach bars etc. Breakfast was fantastic! Staff were friendly. Lifts were ok for us as we were on the 2nd floor and we were also away from the building work going on next door. Bathroom is ok if going with a partner but we went as a Mother, Auntie and Nephew and the glass door on the bathroom was a little awkward, also as the shower doesn’t completely shut the water from it sometimes leaked into the bedroom area. "The minute I walked to reception I was greeted by a super helpful and very happy girl called Carmen. She made check in so simple and she was so helpful. The only fault that I could find with the room was the door frame and door requires some work doing on them. It looked awful. Would I stay there again. A definite yes "

"I loved the hotel, it was beautiful. The staff were very helpful taking my mobility scooter backwards and forwards tonthe parking area. However i was disappointed and surprised that i had to pay €6 a day to park my scooter at the hotel and was not permitted to have in the hotel itself which was difficult to manage as i have very limited mobility and found it very difficult walking around such a large hotel without it."

"Loved our stay in Villa Flora. Made to feel very welcome. Well equipped, comfortable and private with a beautiful pool and sheltered terraces. We did not want for anything.Also not far to drive to safe and quiet sandy beaches. Our stay passed all too quickly."

"Lovely little place, very friendly and extremely helpful staff, mostly Spanish custom, I think I only spoke to one other British visitor in the whole fortnight! Big Carp in the lake if you're into fishing, only problem being the access needs making a bit more disabled friendly. Could do with a bit more choice on the menu, but what there was, was very nice."

"La Galiana is a place I will return; I truly enjoyed the view, the accommodations, and the spa. The staff was very friendly, from the front desk team, Olga y Francisco, the service staff at the restaurant everyone was very professional and cordial. My only subjection was that the bar should have wine bottles saves pumps to keep bottles fresher once the bottle is open, but overall it was a great experience and the golf course, the pro Pedro, and the team at the club house were friendly and accommodating. "We felt fortunate to find an available room at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo during la Fira de Tots Sants. Lars and his team were very hospitable as was their young cat, Tita, who was loving and playful with my daughter. We loved the charm of Lars' and his wife's 300 year-old renovated building. Their eye for simplicity and style made returning to our room and waking up a pleasure! Our stay ticked all of the boxes: It was on the festival pathway (any noise from passersby stopped by around 10pm), comfortable mattresses, white absorbent large bath towels, modern amenities and a marvelous heated floor in the bathroom. Our room, #2 was very spacious with a small balcony on the street side. We explored upwards and found a communal sun room as well as a rooftop patio that were the "icing on the cake". Our breakfast each morning was served on time and with great care and generosity and in the most beautiful dining/lounge area. Cocentaina is a charming town made more enjoyable by our stay at 7 Pisos Casa Rural de Pueblo. We will return! "
