"Overpriced, Property owners dogs barking and pooing and weeing outside my room no safe,no fridge,no hot water, dirty room,no kettle,dripping water on toilet seat. Overall an absolute disgrace"

"Broken window means mosquitoes get inside. Construction everywhere still extending third and fourth floor. And no wifi at all. Entrance is througg the back where the construction is. Front is covered by hung laundry clothes."

"Staff was helpful however the hallway to my room smelt like cigarettes and my room could have been cleaner. The wifi also did not work and I had to walk to a cafe for wifi. Also there is no drinking water onsite so you’re forced to buy bottled water, which is not sustainable. There are also loud roosters and dogs barking nearby early in the morning so it’s hard to sleep in. "

"I don't understand how anyone can give a positive review about this place. We have booked a 7 night stay, only to check out 2 hours after arriving. The place is horrific. I walked into a room slightly bigger than a bathroom, with two beds taking up an entire room. There's about a foot of space between the beds and around each bed, not enough space to walk freely, yet alone unpack your luggage. The beds were hard, basic, and yellow stains on the bedsheets. "We just stayed here for 4 nights and it was perfect! The rooms and other areas were all so clean and tidy. The restaurant served delicious food and the breakfast had plenty of choice. It’s a great location, just a short walk to El Nido town. We really loved it here and would highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for our lovely stay. "
