The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Sweet Valentine is a great place to stay.
Very clean and comfortable. I didn’t use them, but good to know that a washer/dryer were there if needed, Including detergent. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to friends.

Great alternative to a hotel
My granddaughter and I stayed for a week. The beds were comfortable, seating in the living room is comfortable. Everything worked well and the house was clean and tidy. It's a nice, quiet, suburban neighborhood, easy to get in and out. This was the 4th VRBO house I've rented, I really like having the option of a whole house with a full kitchen, living room, laundry, and bedroom options.

Great little house!
This house had everything! Lots of storage throughout and nice kitchen! Very clean!! Master bed and bath were big and roomy. Second bedroom nice size too! Backyard was cute with paved patio and bbq. Lots of room for dogs to play! The neighbors were very friendly as well! Vacasa was great to work with and very accommodating.

Less than desirable neighborhood
Overall, I would not recommend this house. The secondary bathroom tub was clogged, making it unusable during our stay. Since we were only there for three days, we opted out of maintenance. Several vertical blinds were missing from the master bedroom and sliding door, so we had to use a blanket for privacy. The home is located in a less than desirable neighborhood; we witnessed two neighbors arguing and nearly fighting. Additionally, numerous cars drove by blasting loud music, which made us feel uneasy. The fridge’s “change filter” light was on, so we didn’t feel comfortable drinking the water and had to purchase our own bottled water. The garbage can was full upon our arrival, and there wasn’t enough room for our trash, forcing us to find a dumpster at a shopping center. While the home was generally clean, it wasn’t worth the stay.

Snow bird experience in Mirage
Let me preface by stating that we absolutely loved our stay in El Mirage! We have stayed at quite a few rentals in our travels over the years but this home was one of our favorites. • The advertisement stated a queen bed in the master bedroom. Much to our (very pleasant) surprise, the bed was a king. It was very comfortable as were the pillows. • The house itself was as clean as any we’ve ever seen. • It was generously stocked with disposables such as paper towels, bathroom tissue, dish and dishwasher soap, trash bags, coffee filters, etc. • Additionally, cooking utensils, plates, glasses, cups, etc. were provided and sufficiently stocked. One thing missing (and to be fair, virtually every rental we’ve used has not had one) is an adequate, large skillet. We’ve taken to bringing our own. • All appliances worked well. • Nice bathrooms and good showers. • We had to contact the owner one time about a very minor issue via text and got a response literally within a couple of minutes. Very responsive!! • Our only issue was that we have a dog who is accustomed to the Midwest and has no concept of doing her business in rock or dirt. All the yards in the area are exactly that, rock and dirt. However, a short walk (or drive) of two blocks and you have a very nice, grassy park for dogs to run around, fetch and do their business. Crisis averted. I would highly recommend this house and if the owners have others, those as well. A great experience.

Felt like a hotel stay, but better
The home has a minimalist feel to it, which was fine. Not cluttered with unnecessary decorations, though it felt a bit plain and boring. Have hotel vibes - and there’s nothing bad about that, just saying the home is equipped with just what you need for a comfortable stay, no more or less. With a full kitchen, back yard and garage it was much more relaxing than staying at a hotel.
