"Fine if you enjoy peace and quiet. Own transport essential."

"First of all, they gave us the wrong phone number for the contact person, so they didn’t know when we would be at the house, since non of our calls was answered, or messages replied to. We arrive at the house, and had to wait for the substitute contact person to come at show us the keys. This wasn’t a good first impression.. Second of all, the pool was useless! since it hadn’t been cleaned for weeks or maybe months? The water was dirty, dark, and full of algae, with stuff and bits floating...

Great old town location and fantastic view

"Great location, great view of the beach from the balcony and the terrasse, very friendly staff, (Dana), outstanding coffee barista (Roberto). Large room with refrigerator, microwave. In the heart of the old town, within a walking distance of all attractions and 1 short block from the beach. Highly recommended for visiting La Palma."

"The apartments are very clean. Hotel restaurants are very nice. The bathroom need a little maintenance and modernization. There was a storm brewing and the hotel just left a flyer stating stay indoors a little more information would have been beneficial. "

"Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Modern, clean comfortable room with fantastic views. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was good generally but grilled meats were chewy. Ample parking at the hotel but for a fee (10 euros/day). However, parking can be found along the road approaching the hotel. Area surrounding the hotel was quiet with few dining options."

"The gardens in which the hotel is built are beyond comparison, a real oasis. The pool is very attractive, with plenty of sunbed area around it. The beach, the local restaurants, the little shops and the bus stop are all very close, and there is a good walking route to the town of Santa Cruz avoiding the main road (50 mins)."
