"We’ve stayed at several places the last year and this one was by far the best! The staff were absolutely amazing and kind. Each morning the staff at the continental breakfast went out of his way to go above and beyond for me and my children. I’m amazed at how kind he was! The room was also incredibly spacious and very clean. The kitchen was organized and clean, and had everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner in the room. My only “complaint” you could say was just that the door to the room didn’t always lock properly when shut. We came back a couple of times and could push the door open. But it locked fine with the deadbolt inside. It may have been that we just weren’t getting it closed hard enough. This place has become our go to spot whenever we come to glenwood now! It was nice to stay at a hotel where people actually enjoy having customers there. "
