"We absolutely loved our time at this special home. Everything was as beautiful as it looks in the pictures. Fredy was 100% responsive and full of great travel advice, and Juan and Ceneida were amazing hosts. Juan’s tours of the coffee farm were a major highlight of our stay. "I had a very good time staying at this hotel. The staff are not only friendly but very good at their jobs. I was treated to 1st class room service and became a friend to many of the staff. Adrienne the manager was always available to help me with what was needed and made sure my stay was very comfortable. Oscar is a man of many talents and is a fantastic cook. "Neat and clean and professionally managed. Nice for over night stay or a solo traveller. Coffee machine was not clean. The property is in a quite place so bring water and food along if you are coming late like me. 😇"

"It was a great place to stay, with the benefit of a mountain location and easy access to town by taking a shortcut on the property. Note that it is a good uphill hike back from town. A taxi or tuk-tuk may be a better idea coming back at night. Our room was next to the parking lot and was noisy as trucks and cars came in and out. It was the building right beside the main building. They have more secluded units that I would encourage you to get. I recommend this place. "

"The receptionist was not customer friendly at all. Ask me for my passport in order to check in so if your a tourist from another country you don’t pay taxes. The receptionist Ask me for a photo of my document and picture of my entry date then she still did not honor it after I showed her what she asked me for. Terrible customer service "
