"We love the city of Avila and the location of this apartment worked really well for us. Inside the walls of the city, just downhill from one of the major squares that has several restaurants. Around the corner were some shops. It was great and worked well for the 7 of us, 4 adults and 3 kids. Avila is great because it isn't overcrowded with tourists. "We love this hotel and have been here many times. It’s simple in terms of decor. Our bed this time (rm 403) was the most comfortable we’ve had. It’s a small room, not for too tall people as an alcove. Best location, super staff, lovely bar and outdoor seating, less than a minute to the Monastery and all the best restaurants."

"Staff at Palacio de Valderrabanos was great as they were very helpful even as we made our check-in an hour after new years. The property is amazing and with a very rich history, so very recommendable to stay. Parking was not that close and was not part of the hotel, but is understandable in such a historic landmark. Extremely recommended."
