The staff was phenomenal. Incredibly friendly and helpful. Everyone always smiling! Service and cleanliness is top notch. And the beach was beautifully kept. I can’t believe the price for the great quality. And there is a stop right outside to catch very affordable transportation around the complex.

The hotel is in summary to expensive for the holiday experience. For going kite surfing you have to pay extra even if you use your own staff and don‘t use a storage for your kites. Also the massages are very expensive. All the day people (from spa, diving center, boat trips) want you to buy something. The food was delicious. You can have breakfast, lunch and diner.

Fantastic place to get away from the hustle and bustle of Luxor, Cairo or Alexandra, or if you just wanna get some sun when the European grey kicks in after winter. El Gouna as a town/region has strict security so no street hawkers can come in and hassle the tourists. If you're only seeing El Gouna within Egypt don't think this is the real Egypt. Do recommend this as a part of a wider Egyptian trip. There isn't much around this hotel, but within the resort itself there is plenty to do to keep you occupied. If you're the type that likes to see the local area you might want to consider staying up in downtown el Gouna on the northern side of the golf course where there are some nice looking places to eat. That being said, a tuk-tuk is 10 minutes and £1/€1 to get there. We did all inclusive so it wasn't an issue for us. The food at Paradisio was the real highlight. Absolutely loved it. We've not been to Sharm but have had a few different friends who have and from what they've told us, fork out the little bit extra and hit up El Gouna. Make sure you check out some the extra activities like kayaking and snorkelling trips. Pro tips: - Organise an airport transfer to your hotel. We got ripped off by the airport taxi at Hurghada. - if you're getting a GoBus from Hurghada to Luxor, the local buses from El Gouna to Hurghada don't link up with the main bus station so factor that in to your travel time. Fortunately we have ourselves loads of buffer or we'd have missed our bus.

Sehr aufmerksame und schnell hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Haben mir nach einem Tel.-Verlust sehr engagiert geholfen. Gehen auf jedes kl. Anliegen sehr rasch ein. Die Zimmer und die Anlage sind grosszügig und absolut sauber, nur die Betten etwas hart. Super für Kiter. Die Surf-Station ist gut erreichbar, tolles kiten auf der Sandbank möglich.

Emplacement idéal pour les amateurs de kite surf. Gros point positif: le club osmosis sur la plage avec un personnel hyper sympa. Hotel sympa au personnel souriant et aimable. Lieu sûr pour les jeunes enfants avec eau peu profonde et sécurité dans l’hôtel. Nourriture plutôt destinée à une clientèle germanique mais dans l’ensemble on y trouve son compte! Seuls bémols: la piscine parfois « un peu fraîche » et un Club enfant très très limité (personnel peu disponible, matériel en fin de vie, rares activités proposées) Au global: belle expérience dans cet hôtel que nous connaissions en tant que couple sans enfant. Nous y retournerons en famille des l’année prochaine!

Die Unterkunft war sauber, wunderbares liebes Personal. Uns haben die Malzeiten beeindruckt. Die Unterhaltung ist ok aber eher für Deutsche ausgelegt. Was besser war als vor einem Jahr war das wir weniger aggressive Verkäufer hatten für Ausflüge. Was uns aber zu denken gab, so viel Personal, und keinem kommt in den sinn mal Schmutz, Plastik zusammen zu nehmen. Vor allem am Strand entlang wird keine 10 Minuten investiert um diesen etwas zu sauber für die Gäste zu halten. Leider konnten wir das keinem Verantwortlichen mehr erzählen und hoffen das es auch so was bewirkt

In die Jahre gekommen, muss viel gemacht werden. Das Managment rennt teilweise wie ein wilder Haufen durch die Gegend. Bsonders im Essbereich stehen Sie den Gästen im Weg. Teilweise ein arrogantes Auftreten.

Die Qualität der Speisen und. Getränke hat seit dem letzten Aufenthalt nochmals zugenommen. Man kann problemlos Wasser Eiswürfel, Salat zu sich nehmen. Die Anlage ist sehr schön, toller Garten, direkt am Meer und Zimmer sind auch sehr gut. Das Personal ist super freundlich ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Rundum perfekt! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir sind seit Jahren Stammgäste und kommen wegen der idealen Lage des Strandes zum Kiten und dem Golfplatz bis a bis. Das Hotel ist bereits älter, wird aber sehr gut gewartet. Einrichtung einfach aber funktional. Klimaanlage etwas laut. Essen sehr gut. Personal ist höflich und sehr zuvorkommend. Wir fühlen uns sehr wohl.

Superschön!!!
Ich komme immer wieder ins Paradisio auch wegen des einfach wunderbaren Essens. Toll, was die Köche jeden Tag auftischen, von ägyptischen und internationalen Spezialitäten über Fisch, Fleisch, Salate bis zum täglich enormen Dessertbüffet. Die Anlage mit den vielen Blumen und Palmen ist wunderschön. Der Pool ist leicht geheizt. Vom Hotel aus kann man schöne Spaziergänge machen zum Beispiel über den Golfplatz nach Downtown wo es einige Geschäfte hat. Dank an Xenia, die wunderbare Gästebetreuerin!

Club top pour une famille. Tout le monde est très sympa et très professionnel. Chambre très spacieuse. Les repas étaient très bons et variés. Nous étions en all inclusive, et il est possible de ne pas dépasser son budget. Je recommande.
