"No small poolbath on rooftop in operation, no coffee, over protective about use of kitchen, no shoes fitting to prevent cold feeds on floor, no pleasant atmosphere. Stressed owner, running arround, breakfast not fitting our needs, not even asking what we would like to have. Breakfast only between 09 and 10 and to be timed precisely.Owner more affraid of oxidizing the breakfast then serving simple toast with marmelade and some eggs. So never us here again. "

"이 호텔 뷰빼고는 아주 최악입니다. 사전 결제까지 한국에서 완료한 채로 갔는데 예약이 되어있지 않다며 사장이 찾아왔길래 예약 바우쳐까지 스페인어로 전환해 보여주었으나 본인들은 호텔스닷컴에 호텔을 올린 적 없다고 들어온 예약도 없고 결제도 안되어있다고 해 체크아웃할 때 다시 결제하라고 했습니다. 게다가 카드 단말기도 작동이 안된다며 현금으로 결제하라고 했습니다. 사전 결제된 금액은 환불을 받아야하기 때문에 현금 결제 한 영수증은 받을 수 있냐고 물어보니 현금은 영수증 발급이 안된다며 원하면 나중에 이메일로 보내주겠다고 했습니다. 그 후에도 몇 번이나 재촉했음에도 몇 주가 지나도 이메일이 오지 않았고 호텔스닷컴 측에서도 호텔 측과 연락해보니 스페인어로만 얘기하라며 일방적으로 전화를 끊어버린다고 합니다. 한국 사람들만 묵어서 한국 사람들을 호구로 아나본데 강력하게 비추천합니다."

"This property is amazing. Every day we discovered new and interesting things just strolling around the grounds. It was comfortable and quiet and felt perfectly safe and secure. Even the neighbor donkeys only said hello the first night. We did manage to lock ourselves out within the first hour we were on the property but the host was wonderful and came right back out to fix us. :) Would definitely stay here again and it made a great central location for us to explore the surrounding...

"We absolutely loved Francisco’s holiday villa, it was clean and very welcoming with a fantastic pool, my family and I enjoyed the pool immensely. The bedrooms were great with very comfortable and clean matresess and the bathrooms were well set out with an en suite next to the master bedroom. Francisco was very easy to communicate with and was always quick to respond to our original queries and even checked how we were getting on halfway through our trip. We absolutely loved the view over zahara...
