Absolutely loved this property, staff was very attentive and loved how close everything was.

Not the nicest area, but you get in the hotel and you feel the kindness and professional service.

Loved this place. The staff is high energy and super helpful. It’s a stones throw from Atocha station so you can pretty much get anywhere from here. My only complaint was that my first floor room looked out over the bar area and it stayed noisy until well past midnight. Maybe next time I’ll just ask for a quieter room. No complaints about the service though. Top notch.

Conveniently located hotel with helpful and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure that your stay is an enjoyable one. Even with the door to the pool being repaired, a friendly woman from the staff escorted me to an alternative entrance. Some would only gesture or point, but she took the time. On arrival, two glasses of water were brought to us at reception and we were helped with our luggage. Doors were held open for us, restaurant suggestions were good. We cannot fault this exceptional hotel, its friendly staff and its cleanliness. Thank you!
