The fully furnished holiday accommodation is your perfect home for a golfing holiday, summer holiday or for spending the winter months in the sun. Almerimar town centre (1 km) features many good restaurants and bars. You will find the towns of “El Ejido” and “Roquetas del Mar” in close proximity to Almerimar. Almería town is a 30 minute car drive away; it’s a 90 minute drive to the town of Granada and Malaga is a 120 minute drive away. One hour’s drive gets you to Tabernas, the only desert in Europe. “Cabo de Gata” nature reserve is also an hour away. Almería airport (LEI) and the Mini-Hollywood adventure park are 40 minutes away from Almerimar.Outdoor activities include golfing, sailing, surfing, kite surfing, hiking, cycling, soaking up the sun at the beach and swimming in the sea.
The small town of Almerimar is located in Costa de Almería on the Mediterranean sea. This area enjoys a sub-tropical climate with mild temperatures year round. It rains very seldom. Moreover, this region gets the most sunshine hours per year in the whole of Europe – approximately 3,000 hours. This makes Almerimar not only a perfect place to escape the cold winter months but also for a summer beach holiday. Almerimar has much to offer, including a 27-hole golf course, marina, a nature reserve, the Mediterranean with its beaches, and the Las Alpujarras mountains are also nearby.
