"Property well equipped,everything you need is there, nice large apartment, bedrooms are particularly spacious, and comfortable beds. You need a car for this complex as at least a mile walk into the port, ok for fit youngsters but as pensioners too hard for us, as all uphill, but we knew this prior to booking unfortunately all pools were closed due to a water shortage. One issue is there are no instructions in the apartment, and being English they would have been extremely useful, although...

"We felt very much at home and comfortable. The apartment is tastefully decorated and very well equipped and has a very comfortable bed. The stairs up to 3rd floor were easy to manage. Walks on the Senda Littoral were very pleasant. The bus was easy to get into town, but hard to determine the route (fault of the bus line website). The walk into town was a bit long if you plan to dine in Estepona old town. We were there off season, so the pool was not yet open. Just something to keep in mind if...

"Well equipped, clean appartment with good parking. Having a car, it was a good location to explore the Costa del Sol and Gibraltar. The balcony benefited from morning light but not direct sunshine and there was nowhere we could sit in the sun in private."

"What an amazing holiday! This apartment was perfect for our family holiday, set in beautiful location, with a sea view and overlooking the pool. The onsite facilities were perfect for what we needed, as well as being a short walk to other restaurants on the beach. The apartment catered for every need which meant we settled in very quickly. "The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. We were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, parks and beaches very easily. The apartment needs attention. It is showing quite bit of wear and tear that could easily be repaired. Additionally, the sheets on all the beds would not stay on the mattresses without constant readjusting and retucking. Also, most of the windows do not have screens which resulted in lots of mosquito bites. Lastly, the pools were closed due to a local ordinance...

"The apartment itself is first class and the sea views excellent The location is poor in that you have to cross the busy A7 road to walk to the two restaurants which are nearby. Also there were huge amounts of uncollected rubbish which had been deposited outside of and adjacent to the designated bins.I have a picture of this and it would not be something you would expect to see when looking out of the apartment"

The pools are fantastic (except only open from 11am), its right by the beach too and walking distance to the main popular beach. however it is not 10mins walk to the port as described it is more like 20-25mins and approx 40mins to walk into Estepona old town.
