"The stay at Castellet was wonderful. It is a quiet village that takes you back in time. The house was very comfortable with all the amenities needed for a very enjoyable stay. Walking around the village felt like stepping a back in time. If you plan ahead by getting a few groceries on you way into town you will be all set for a perfect stay. "

"Cristina and her family were fantastic hosts, giving a very warm welcome. The house was spacious, very clean and well equipped for a comfortable stay. The pool and patio were perfect for relaxing on a sunny day. The barbecue and under cover seating area were excellent for cooking food at the end of the day. The village is quite a rural location, having a cafe, bar, patisserie and butchers, which are open limited hours, so a car is helpful to access a supermarket. Only a short drive to Barcelona...

Carme, the host of the property, went above and beyond in any request we had and was always available to answer any question for us. "The place is nice the only issue is the host. Only one day before we arrived the host asked for €30 for kitchen fee which i was not aware of that but i had to pay otherwise we couldn't get in property. Plus one of lamp lights accidentally broken i had send her photos of broken lamp light then said i have to pay €50 for something it may cost her only 5 to 10 euros. I call VRBO they say call your bank and dont let her charge that. So im going to call my bank and dispute the charges"

"House was very nice..our contact was very helpful and went out of her way to help us...owners showed up to fix a tv problem...argued for 2 hours in spanish then left without fixing the problem and left it up to us to fix it....there was construction next door for 3 days a tractor was breaking and moving large rocks it was very loud. There are high power lines that run just 100 meters from the back yard ( these are the huge towers that run power to cities) and at night the powerlines hum...
