"First, the view from our room was worth the stay—gorgeous! The hotel was good. Staff had limited English but that’s to be expected off the beaten track. The meals that came with “full board” were quite limited, and we would go a la Carter next time. Room was a little stuffy, and it was a little noisy in the evening with the window open. The thermostat didn’t do anything, so a bit of air conditioning was not an optio. "

"We had a lovely overnight stay. Staff we very helpful and friendly. Rooms were rustic in the style of the whole hotel and were clean and comfortable. Dogs were free at this hotel which was welcomed. Surroundings of the hotel is beautiful.. If there was one negative, it was the look of the outdoor pool.. I know it is winter and not used at the moment but the water looked like it could be a health hazard"

"We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa Turistica and only wish that we had been able to stay for more nights. The Turistica is located slightly away from everything else in Cazorla. It's close enough to provide easy access to everything in the town, but far enough that you feel like you're really away from it all. Lovely views, clean room, 2 floors for the price of one--wonderful. We can't wait to return. "

"The streets are narrow and with little for street signs you can easily get lost. The hotel faces a plaza with many choices for dining or drinks, and shopping is all around. We did not use the pool. The room was quite basic, no mini fridge was disappointing "

"Our visit was to break the journey between Valencia and Malaga. Easy to find on edge of N322. Plenty of free parking. Pleasant welcome, given spacious room with large balcony on first floor (113). Two wide comfortable single beds, spacious bathroom with large fluffy towels. Shower over bath and immediate really hot water in shower (no waiting minutes for the hot water to come through). There is a friendly cafe opening at 07.00 until midnight, which doubles as a restaurant in the evening....

"My wife and I recently completed a 9-day trip around the Andalucia region of Spain. I had seen the Parque Natural Cazorla on a travel site itinerary and decided to make the drive up to the park with a one-night stay in Hotel El Curro in the nearby town of Burunchel. We had a lovely experience in the hotel and the staff were very helpful in providing a map of the park, recommendations on which trail to visit, and suggesting dinner items. "Great place. Simon and David are amazing hosts they welcomed us with homemade bread and a bottle of wine. Every day in the morning they've cleaned the pool between 8 and 9. They are always up for a friendly chat but othervise you don't really see them. Great place, really quite location ideal for those who are planning on a relaxing vacation. "Una estancia estupenda. Alquilamos la casa completa para 9 personas y nos ha encantado. La ubicación, las vistas y la casa, una maravilla. Todo super limpio y bien equipada de todo lo necesario para pasar unos días en familia. "Lovely location with great views of the valley and the lake. Comfortable room with everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Our host was very helpful, friendly and patient with our attempts to speak Spanish. The food was great and the menu very varied. The area is great for walking routes and there are some which you can start from the Hotel without getting in the car. There are also some pretty towns nearby which are worth visiting. If we were passing this way again then we would stay."

"No tenemos ningún pero con la casa, aunque un poco calurosa, cuenta con equipamiento suficiente para 13 personas como fue nuestro caso. Si que es destacable que durante toda nuestra estancia tuvimos vecinos en la zona baja de la casa, y aunque las viviendas están totalmente independizadas no es plato de buen gusto irte a una casa en medio de la serranía para estar en "soledad" y encontrarte con vecinos casi "puerta con puerta""
