Close to everything but far from the masses! Bright, comfy and renovated beachfront apartment with uninterrupted views of Costa Blanca.
The apartment and community has all the amentities for a remarkable holiday which includes pools, barbeque area, picnic tables, ping-pong tables, multi-use sport court and steps from the beach.
**Please note that currently the building is being renovated and it is estimated to be completed by the end of 2024. Construction will be hault during the summer months**
This beautiful and cozy apartment is great for a small family or a group of friends.
The community has 2 swimming pools, 2 ping-pong tables, a multi-use sport court (basketball, football), a barbeque area that can be used with prior reservation only and picnic tables.
The living room has wall to wall window and gorgeous views of the beach.
There is a nice sized terrace accessible by the living room and both bedrooms.
The sofa bed turns into a small matrimonial bed of 135cm which is fine for 1 adult or 2 kids.
There is one bedroom with a matrimonial bed of 150cm and another smaller bedroom with 2 single nesting beds of 90cm.
Both bedrooms have closet or wardrobe, night stands, access to the terrace through sliding glass doors with shutters.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to make a variety of meals using top brand appliances. It includes:
-Refrigerator freezer combo
-Microwave
-Induction Stove Top
-Oven
-Blender
-Kettle
-Different styles of coffee machine
-Washer/Dryer combo machine
-Filtered drinking water
Other amenities included in the apartment are:
- 55” Smart TV with Netflix & Prime Video

It is great to have a car to do day trips along Costa Blanca. However, it is not necessary as the tram and bus stops are less than a 5-minute walk.
Guests will have complete access to the apartment, parking for 1 car in the community (first come first serve basis), the community pools, ping-pong tables, BBQ, picnic tables and multi-sport court.
Guests will be personally greeted upon arrival.

Playa Muchavista is a Blue Flag award winning beach for clean beach water presented by the European Community. The extensive beach with fine, golden sand covers 3 km long and 80 m wide.
Villa Marco Plaza is just 900m and houses a pharmacy and Mercadona supermarket.
Several restaurants can be found nearby by foot or a short tram ride away.
Along the beach there are play areas for kids, excercise areas, volleyball nets, areas designated for kitesurfing and windsurfing.
Sailing can be done in the marinas or clubs from El Campello or Alicante.
Besides beaches, the coast offers cliffs and small coves, such as La Coveta Fuma or La Venta La Nuza. The nearby mountains have hiking trails, cycling routes, and Canalobre Caves to explore.
Alicante Golf Course can be reached in under 20 minutes by car.

It is nice to have a car but it is not needed.
Muchavista Tram Station is a short stroll, less than 5 minutes. The tram runs every 30 minutes and goes to Alicante, Playa San Juan and El Campello. Connections can be made to visit other locations throughout Costa Blanca.
Bus Stop #21 is only 350m. It goes from Alicante to Campello and passes through San Juan and Costa Blanca.
There is private garage parking, street parking and an open-aired free parking lot.
Due to local laws, all guests must do a check-in registration, with their government issued identification, which is electronically sent to the Civil Guard.
Prices on the site reflect 4 guests in total. Additional guest fee is 25€ /night per person.
A roll away bed is available . It measures 90cmx190cm.
The pool is opened from 9:00 - 15:00 and 17:00 - 22:00. It is not heated. It is closed during winter months.
Between May to August sunbeds and umbrellas can be hired on the beach.
Baby travel crib is available and linens are 25€ for the stay.
Late check-in fee from 20:00 to 22:00h is 20€ and from 22:00 to 00:00h is 40€.
We recommend to hire our cleaning service for stays longer than 7 nights. Cleaning can be provided for 12€/ hour, minimum of 3 hours.
The barbeque is by reservation only, therefore it is subject to availability. All guests must clean up after themselves and throw the trash out in the street dumpster. Failure to do so, will result in a fine.
There not an assigned parking space. It is first come first serve and only 1 vehicle per apartment is allowed. During the construction period there maybe little to no parking available or parking only granted to home owners with mobility issues. Parking can be found on the street.
Only 1 Dog is allowed. It cannot dirty inside the apartment or the community. They are not allowed in the pool, barbeque or sport areas. They must be walked on a leash and picked up after. They should have the proper vaccines and insurance. Any damages or harm caused by the animal is the responsibility of the guest who made the reservation.
