The villa offers 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, featuring a gorgeous pool, a large jacuzzi (10 person) with a 20-ft waterslide, Indoor Sauna. golf, a movie theater, karaoke, an indoor gym, a pool table, foosball, ping pong, a Nintendo gaming system, and a 120-inch projector.

Conveniently located within a 5-minute drive to shopping malls and 20 minutes from downtown San Diego.

* Sleeping Arrangements:
Accommodates up to 17 guests, with extra space available for folding beds.

* Pool/Jacuzzi Heating Policy:
-Jacuzzi Heating Only (up to 104°F, max 6 hours/day, no minimum days): $50/day.
-Pool + Jacuzzi Heating (pool target temperature 75-80°F, minimum 3 days): $200/day (Oct-Mar)
$150/day (Apr-Sep)
- Note: Pool heating in winter requires more than 25 hours to reach 75°F.

* Rules & Warnings:
- Do not throw small items into the pool.
- Do not remove the pool cleaning robot.

* Event Charges (one-time fee):
- Small Event ($250): Up to 30 guests, 10 cars.
- Medium Event ($500): Up to 50 guests, 15 cars.
- Large Event ($700): Up to 65 guests, 20 cars
* Wedding Fee: Additional $250 beyond the event fee.

* Event Supplies Provided:
700W BT AMP, 2 wireless microphones, 4-ft round table, 6-ft rectangular table, and 60 chairs.
