"Pretty good stay, everything is walkable distance, and the view was gorgeous! The only thing was a dripping sound in our room that we didn’t know where it came from and you could hear when the toilet flushes in another room."

Ok, but poor customer experience
"I could have rated this hotel very highly, as the facilities are good, the room was very clean and it has a great location just steps away from the old quarter and overlooking it from its most picturesque angle. However, on this last point it did let me down, as I had selected it over other hotels ..."
