"The villa was spacious and clean, with everything we needed. Sergio was quick to response and very kind to let us arrive early. The only two issues were the noise coming from the airport. (obviously, we could see it was nearby, but had not appreciated the level of noise and the frequency!) Also, the beds and pillows were very firm! "

Die Finca sieht genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und die Küche ist mehr als gut bestückt. Es fehlt nichts. Inés ist eine ganz tolle Vermieterin, unkompliziert, pünktlich und äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wenn wir wieder mal auf Mallorca sind, werden wir sicher wieder in dieser Finca wohnen. As mentioned in previous reviews Isabel the host is helpful and quick with her response to pre arrival queries. The check in/out process was also made straight forward by Isabel. On arrival at the villa our expectations were more than met. "Biniaraix was the perfect location for our week’s walking in the Serra de Tramuntana. We could walk straight onto the GR221 from the village and it was also an easy walk into Soller. Ca’n Ferru is a lovely old house with the most stunning terrace giving breathtaking views. It was well equipped with comfortable beds. It’s difficult to park in the village so when we found a space we left the car there and went out on foot. Minor quibble - the listing details need some updating. There is no hot tub...

"The property is not set up well as a rental and although described as rustic requires some investment. The cleanliness was questionable, the pool dirty and a broken toilet seat just added to our disappointment."

"We enjoyed the Finka so much. It was well located to see everything on the island. It was also very well supplied; many kitchen items to use, second refrigerator was really helpful for our large family, LOTS of plates and glasses, and we really appreciated the pre-inflated pools floats when we arrived. "The location of this property is fabulous, providing exactly what we wanted - access to the beach by walking. "Beautiful property, well appointed. The property was as described, and the host Jaume was excellent. Do note the dirt track to get to the property - don't just blindly follow gps! A bit bumpy but nothing bad. The finca suited our group perfectly, being centrally located in the island. "

"The cottage was beautiful and simple. Exactly what we were looking for. The views were spectacular. The only note I would make is that guest should be aware that the parking is downhill from the property which requires you to lug your luggage and groceries up a switch back to the top of the property. "Initially we were a little worried following the gravel/dirt road to the finca, however we shouldn't have been worried. The finca is set within its own grounds with the nearest neighbour some distance away and never going to disturb you. There is a large deep swimming pool with grass surrounds and a sunbed area. "We had a really lovely stay at this finca with our two boys. It is clean with a comfortable design. As mentioned in other reviews the finca is also home to two sweet outside cats and 3 donkeys that we all loved. (Pro Tip: Don’t let the fat donkey fool you into extra treats for the baby- she is not pregnant, just plump and eats most of the food!). "We’re lucky enough to travel quite extensively, and we find ourselves back at this delightful Casita for the fourth time. In itself that should be recommendation enough, but in summary the combination of location (both the casita and Sòller) and charming and welcoming hosts make this a repeat for us. There is also the most delightful cat who attends - she seems to get more affectionate by the year and yearns for the attention!"

"Extended family of 16 including adults & children for a fortnight. The villa was very spacious and well equipped. Decor was a good blend of traditional and modern. All well maintained and very clean. Pool was cleaned every morning before we were all up !! Owners were very discrete but popped in occasionally to gift us with fresh vegetables and figs grown on their land - lovely touch! Would revisit and highly recommend........"

"The accommodation was absolutely lovely. Spotlessly clean, welcoming, with all the amenities as described like new. But it was more luxurious than expected with electric operated curtains from the bedside, tvs on both levels, two separate showers, multiple fresh towels etc. it was excellent. "

"This hotel was lovely, the staff were so accommodating and friendly nothing was too much bother. Each night we ordered take away into the hotel and staff were helpful in making sure we knew where plates and cutlery were. The breakfast buffet was one of the best I’ve seen especially with variety. For a three star hotel it was a lot better than I had expected. It also seems that they are doing some refurbishments which I believe will improve the hotel further. The room we stayed in was perfectly fine, it wasn’t spotless but I’ve stayed in 5 star hotels that were to the same standard. There is a bus stop a minute walk out of the hotel and Ubers from the airport to the hotel wasn’t expensive which was a highlight. Overall if you want to stay somewhere that is cheap and cheerful this place is spot on. We thoroughly enjoyed our trip and as young adults I felt very safe staying here. "
