"Villa is a good size for a family, with fully equiped kitchen and washing machine. Pool is a good size, and lots of outdoor space to enjoy. Great location, around a 10 minute leisurely stroll into town through residential area. Hosts were very accommodating, they organised transfers to and from the airport. Greered us at the property and had a welcome pack of essential waiting for us. They responded very quickly to any queries, and made the trip run smoothly and stress free. We will definitely...

"The villa is exactly as shown on the website. Communication with hosts was excellent. Location was perfect - a 10 minute walk out of the town so close to water taxis, lots of restaurants (we ate out every night and didn’t have a bad experience) and shops. Would definitely recommend and we will be back. "

"Stayed at the villa Ria for a week four adults two with mobility issue one in wheelchair. The villa is fantastic besutiful gardens pool is fantastic comunication with the owner and the manager was excellence everything you need in a holiday it is about a 10 min wslik to the nestest shops and bars to far for my husband to walk but our friends with the wheelchair we ok we just got a taxi no problem i would definitely recommend Villa Ria its in a peaceful area but clise enough to all the amenities ...

"Very nice Villa, exactly as shown in the pictures. About a 15 minute walk to the centre which isn't too bad, but will take longer with a baby. Cleanliness of the property was good. However, they only provide one loo roll in each bathroom (2) and you have to buy your own after that. Same with washing up dish liquid. You have to purchase this yourself. Overall, we had a great stay, lovely hosts who goes out of their way to help. Sometimes with a cost attached but that's life."

"The villa was as described and the pool was lovely, as it was so hot. When needed clean bedding we just asked the cleaner. The villa had hardly any items. No mugs (the cups were tiny) used plastic cups to make a drink and only 1teaspoon and no t towel or cloths. There was no plug and the bowl was cracked (had to stuff plughole with toilet paper).There was no toilet paper (had to get some from restaurant toilet until went to the shops the next day) No hand wash. So pack mugs, t towel, washing up...

"Excellent communication with owner and property manager throughout whole process. The villa was clean and beautifully furnished with plenty of kitchen utensils ( there was not one thing we looked for that was not there). A 15 minute walk into the main town with a handy shop nearby and market on the door step. The only thing that would have be welcome is a water tower / cooler. Otherwise, ideal for family and friends.
