"Wir waren bei unserer Ankunft erschrocken über den Zustand des Objektes! Es ist nicht - wie beschrieben - renoviert und saniert, sondern sanierungsbedürftig. Es war in einem Zustand, dass wir erstmal eine Stunde geputzt und jedes Geschirr, das wir nutzen wollten, gespült haben. Die Spülarmatur war so wackelig, dass wir bei Nutzung Angst hatten, dass sie abfällt. Der Toilettensitz war ebenfalls locker und nicht selber festzuschrauben (was wir versucht haben). "Wir haben es in der Unterkunft sehr genossen. Sie ist groß und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es gibt einen Ofen mit Feuerholz und wir konnten unsere Gerichte in der Küche gut kochen. Man kann rund um Sassen gut wandern, allerdings muss man für Sehenswürdigkeiten etwas länger mit dem Auto fahren."

"This is a very unique property in that you check yourself in through a machine and locate your room by yourself. There is a communal dining area where you can prepare your own food. We had an issue with noise, being at the front of the hotel, and the manager who was present in the morning moved us and upgraded us to a remarkable room with a balcony! This is a beautiful property! It is very unique. The service was outstanding!"

"Kleines Paradis irgendwo in der Eifel. Hervorragend um mal aus dem Alltag auszubrechen. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und für kleine Rückfragen immer gut erreichbar."

"Fantastic house enjoyed by our family of 10 (3 generations) and our dog. The holiday wasn’t spoilt by the poor weather because the house was great. Lots of space - pool, sauna and games room meant everyone was entertained. Prüm is a nice quiet place and we managed to also catch a brilliant concert which was part of the Prümer Sommer! We also easily drove to Luxembourg for the day. Fab holiday!"
