"Everyone was very friendly. We came early in the day, but the clerk let us check in anyway. Our luggage was lost by the airline, and the hotel staff helped us locate the delivery van and secured our bags until we returned to pick them up. Breakfast was good. The location is convenient to trains, buses, and downtown. "

"It was a great slow stay (as they call it there), the design, the staff hospitality, the huge amount of sitting spots (indoor/outdoor) was great and the breakfast was one of the best I've ate, but the dinner was something worth improving, not the variety (which was good) but how you make/serve meat/fish."

"This spa hotel is absolutely magnificent, starting with its location featuring natural views, beautiful landscapes, and herb gardens. The tasteful interior design, blending rustic and modern/classic elements, creates a wonderful ambiance. The staff is incredibly friendly, and the entire place is spotless. The hotel's restaurant offers an enormous variety of dishes in a welcoming buffet style. This was our second stay, and it has become our top choice for a vacation spot in Israel. The only disappointment was the limited TV entertainment options, which included only basic channels and no VOD."

"I stayed at the Domus Hotel in Bat Galim, Haifa for over a month, and it was a fantastic experience that truly justifies all the great reviews it gets. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is perfectly situated right by the Mediterranean Sea, offering breathtaking views. The proximity to the water made the location simply amazing. I stayed in a studio room, which was perfect in every way—clean and everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast was great, though not expansive, making it a perfect start to my day. The staff at Domus Hotel are super friendly and truly go out of their way to make your stay perfect. Special thanks to: Alla - the manager, who ensured everything ran smoothly, Mohadi - always super helpful, Ira and Lylia - from housekeeping, who ensured the rooms were spotless, Jacob and Adrey - from maintenance, who kept everything in top condition, and Oren - who was fantastic in extending my stay by ten days. The surrounding neighborhood is super walkable with many great coffee shops, restaurants, and a nearby supermarket. Being part of Haifa, the hotel is close to everything, including the Haifa German Colony area and downtown Haifa, which have fantastic restaurants, pubs, and coffee shops.
