"The facilities (restaurants, SpA wellness) are really nice. However the heating in my room did not work with 10 degrees outside, and they didn't fix it, the gym was only usable between 10 and 22, however during check-in I was told that I would be able to access it 24/7, "

"Very nice place in a quiet scenic area. Facilities are great plus dining is very personable. Deducted a star due to a front desk member who was rude to me during check in(plus couldn’t locate our reservation the supervisor stepped in and took care of us). Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."

"Kurzurlaub Ende Februar zwecks "Karnevalsflucht".EIn ruhiges langes Wochenende in grandioser Umgebung in einem alten denkmalgeschützten Gemäuer (siehe Bilder und korrekte Beschreibung) - einfach Hammer.Die beiden Hofhunde haben wir sofort ins Herz geschlossen - wild. lebhaft aber friedlich und zum knuddeln. Nach 2 Hundeleckerlis hatten wir neue Freunde...War bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal."

"First time in Germany, or Europe ever. Blindly booked this Hotel, and was amazed at the property and all of the staff. Not knowing how to speak German, the staff was eager to take time out for me to help me navigate the city of Schweinfurt. First time in Germany and I was made to feel safe and at home!
