"House was great. Well appointed, nice bedrooms, etc. But the photos & description said nothing about the fact their building a huge wedding venue on top of the old stables. Rather disappointed, especially as we likely wouldn't have paid such a high price with this knowledge."

Paul was very approachable, very great help. My only trouble was caused by my lack of research on the area. I had no idea it was as hilly. This had nothing to do with the host or our accommodation. "This is a great place I'd bringing minimal luggage. Very difficult getting large luggage up the many stairs. As we were out and about the place was perfect with the three bedrooms. Rooms were very warm even after turning off heaters and opening windows. Be prepared if hot sleeper. Must bring someone tall along if using shower and putting on fan. But more explanation needed on how to use shower for those of us from the US. Host was very accommodating and helpful as we had separate arrivals...

There were an abundance of pantry needs with a meal especially left for us all the basics that you could think of was stocked for our use . Easy access to the town and corner shops and chippie literally around the corner !! We loved the place and will be visiting again in the future "
