"Very enjoyable stay in a newly renovated airport hotel. My flight was cancelled and very kind staff allowed me to check in early and were very friendly and professional. Especially Miss.Kiss on reception, who is extremely professional and helpful. However, there was one issue that prevented us from giving a perfect score: the lights in the Therme remained on all night, which made it difficult to achieve total darkness. "Hotel was great. Accommodations and service were amazing. However transportation is limited to a bus or uber. Perfect stay if you are leaving the next morning from Munich airport saves you the trip from the city. Would definitely stay again for short trips. "

"Great hotel but the hotel shuttle experience was very poor. Arrived at the airport around 2245 and by the time I got to the desk for the hotel shuttle service it was 2315….i waited until midnight but NO shuttle turned up. I was forced to take a taxi for €20 to the hotel. At check-in the night manager apologised and gave me a free shuttle ticket back to the airport in the morning. Maybe the shuttle is more reliable during the daytime but late evening do not rely on it. But thanks to the Hotel...

"The room was clean bright large the only drawback the electrical outlets near the bed didn’t work and the one I used for overnight charges must have gone of with an unrelated switch. Nice front desk said the restaurant was open I walked over the said they were closed because it was slow so o could only get a frozen pizza. It was horrible "

"Our room was clean and warm. However, the water tasted salty, especially when you boiled it. Nothing was mentioned about the salinity of the water. Entering was easy as the passwords was sent after online check-in. "

"Die Mitarbeiter haben mit ihrer gästeorientierten und sehr freundlichen, zuvorkommenden Art bewiesen, dass es ihn doch noch gibt; den perfekten Kunden- bzw. Gästeservice. Das Zimmer war modern, sauber und hatte Extras, mit denen wir nicht unbedingt gerechnet hatten. Von der Regendusche über das tolle Bett bis zum Wasserkocher und Kühlschrank etc. im Zimmer hat alles dazu beigetragen, dass der sehr angenehme Aufenthalt noch angenehmer wurde. Lediglich würden wir beim nächsten Mal ein Zimmer zur anderen Seite wünschen, da man bei geöffneten Fenster nachts jedes Wort hört, das die rauchenden Gäste im Eingangsbereich sprechen. "
