" The location is perfect for an overnight stay as it is close to the motorway. The bright clean room was basic but functional and so was the bathroom. We stayed in a corner room which looked out of both windows down to a road and there was some traffic noise. The church bells didn't bother us but every step in the room next door could be felt in ours. The hotel offers good meals and the breakfast was satisfactory. All is all it was good value for the money. "

The more interesting dinner choices are "unavailable" - and may only be used to get people to sit down. "We spent nearly two weeks in this nice little cabin. Everything was very comfortable and the surroundings were beautiful. There is a very small kitchen, so do not expect to do large gourmet meals, but who wants to do that on vacation anyway? There are at least two grocery stores within a couple of miles, and it was easy to find quick to prepare food. The cabin is very comfortable, but do be aware that there are some very steep stairs. There’s a very nice little woodstove that came in handy...
