The Flats on Church Street - #201 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home located within a duplex. This unit, one of two identical units on the property, has been thoughtfully designed by renowned architects Johnsen Schmaling Architects of Milwaukee.



We've worked hard to create a hassle-free experience. We'll stay out of your way and allow you to enjoy your time in Door County, while offering personal touches where it makes sense. You'll check in using a keypad deadbolt, with a code unique to you. Upon booking, you'll receive our guidebook which has all of the relevant details about your rental, as well as suggestions and recommendations to help get the most out of your time in Door County.

Egg Harbor is centrally located. The rest of the Door Peninsula is just a short drive away. The Flats on within walking distance is all of Egg Harbor and the many great shops, restaurants and bars it has to offer.

Measuring 1500 sq ft, the Flat features a kitchen with quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all the amenities needed to prepare meals. The open concept living area includes table seating for 8, and large sliding glass doors that open to a private patio. The patio has comfortable seating around a gas firepit and a gas grill.

This home can sleep up to 6 guests in its bedrooms and up to 8 guests in total with the addition of a queen-sized sleeper sofa. Fast WiFi is available to keep you connected during your stay, or to allow you to enjoy your favorite streaming services.

Flat #201 is one of two identical units on the SAME PROEPRTY, each with a private entrance.

A car is essential for getting around the many towns of the Door Peninsula. Our central location allows you to walk or bike to downtown Egg Harbor within minutes. The rest of the Peninsula is a short drive away.

As the developers, hosts and managers of this home through our company, DoCo Vacations, we take a unique approach to hosting. Our goal is to maintain professional standards while still providing a personal touch. We pride ourselves on delivering a clean and fully furnished rental property and making sure our guests have all the necessary supplies. The cozy linens we provide are professionally laundered by our staff.

We have a small team that helps us take care of all the details at our properties, but we are not a large rental management company that has lost the personal connection with our guests. We strive to provide the best of both worlds: professional service with a personal touch.

Door County Revisited
The Flats on Church in Egg Harbor is a lovely, contemporary property. It is in a quiet neighborhood but is close enough to walk to the pleasures of downtown Egg Harbor. We especially enjoyed walking to the Bay each night to watch the gorgeous sunsets. Great coffee shops and yummy restaurants.

Off season get away
The Church street property was a great place to stay, lots of places to walk and very central to the Door County area. We enjoyed sight seeing and loved being able to wake up, walk to the harbor and enjoy Lake Michigan. The property was quiet and comfortable with all the amenities we needed!

A Modern Gem in the Heart of Door County
My wife and I stayed for a long anniversary weekend and were very impressed with everything about this place. Very modern and unique layout, and very clean and organized. I traveled to Door County for the first time with my mother and 2 teenage daughters. This place worked out perfectly! We all had plenty of space and the beds were comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy and clean. Would definitely stay here again!

Door County trip
We have visited Door County a few times and wanted to show our friends what a beautiful place it is. This property was perfect for this it was in a great location, easy walking into town. It was probably the most modern place we had stayed in, great facilities and so comfortable and very well equipped. We loved sitting around the outside fire and using the grill. It was so peaceful.

A perfect rental for our trip to Door County. Great location close to shops and restaurants but very private and quiet. The place is meticulously clean and well cared for. There are no chemical or perfumed scents that we sometimes find bothersome in rentals. It is very spacious and has everything you need. I would stay there again in a heartbeat!

Our family of 4 had a great stay here. Clean, bright, very spacious, with a modern look and feel. Located within walking distance of downtown Egg Harbor but very quiet. Great location if you drive an EV, free charging at the nearby library, a 3 min walk. Beds were very comfortable, which is so important! Unit was well stocked with the basics and owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Highly recommend!

Four of us stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it tremendously. It was ultra clean, great decor, and lots of space for 6 people. A nice gas fire pit out on the patio. Very private, quiet, and a great place to base your wanderings on the peninsula. We walked downtown to several great art shops and restaurants. Definitely would recommend!

My husband and I rented this property for a quick and much needed weekend getaway. We wished we could have stayed a whole week! This home is absolutely stunning for those who appreciate minimalist/modern design. We stayed during a bitterly cold weekend in February. After spending our ONE full day/evening in Door County out and about, it was fabulous to come home afterwards and snuggle up together INDOORS while viewing a spectacular fire just outside our private patio doors. The bed and bathroom linens/towels were fabulous. We slept for 11 hours that first night! Abundant sunshine flooded this magnificent home with beauty and warmth during these frigid days. LOVED all the floor-to-ceiling windows! If I could make one tiny suggestion, it would be awesome if the host provided coffee packets for that first morning . . . I've been visiting Door County at least twice a year for the past 36 years and this was hands down the most exquisite property I've ever had the pleasure of staying in. Thank you for creating such a special space for couples and families to enjoy!
